A specialised aluminium-coated kraft paper that blocks water vapour, made in Finland for use as an internal vapour barrier in saunas and other high-moisture rooms. It stops moisture reaching your wall structure and insulation, protecting the durability and efficiency of your build. One roll covers 30 m².

- Made from premium virgin cartonboard with aluminium and polyethylene coating
- Install with the aluminium side facing the sauna interior
- Overlap sheets and seal seams with foil tape for full protection
- Suits other high-moisture spaces that need a vapour barrier

Installation tips
- Install over insulation between the studs, on clean surfaces
- Leave at least 50 mm of overlap on all edges and staple every 200 to 300 mm
- Keep the foil slightly loose to allow for heat expansion
- Seal every seam with foil tape and patch any gaps
- Leave a 20 mm air gap between the foil and the timber cladding using battens
