This isn't a sunk cost — it's working stock.
Your showroom models are real, saleable saunas. Most dealers sell their display units as ex-demo stock within the first two quarters and replace them from their next order, meaning the upfront investment is typically recovered well before your first full restock. What we look for
Dealer requirements
- ✓Showroom or display space — indoors or a covered outdoor area customers can visit and experience a working sauna.
- ✓Relevant retail category — pools & spas, outdoor living, wellness, landscaping or building supply retailers are a natural fit.
- ✓Commitment to the launch package — the collateral kit and at least one indoor and one outdoor showroom model.
- ✓A team who can talk to customers — we train your staff, but we're looking for people genuinely enthusiastic about the product.
- ✓Basic install capability or a trusted local installer — for customers who want help beyond flat-pack delivery.

Common questions
Yes — every dealer carries at least one working indoor and one working outdoor model. Saunas are a tactile, experiential product; showrooms without a working unit convert far fewer customers. You buy the models at dealer cost, and they're genuine sellable stock, not a display fee.
The collateral kit is included for every dealer and isn't optional — it's what puts your showroom on brand from day one. Showroom model selection (which two units, and any upgrades) is flexible and agreed together based on your space and local market.
Yes. Approved dealers can access a 6-month, no-interest payment plan across the showroom models. The collateral kit is invoiced separately and paid on approval.
We cap dealer numbers per region so you're not competing directly with another Tasman Saunas stockist nearby. Exact boundaries are confirmed during your discovery call based on population and existing coverage.
None beyond your regular stock orders, which you purchase at dealer pricing as needed. There's no monthly fee, royalty or renewal charge to remain a Tasman Saunas dealer.
