This means we can show off your photos on our social media platforms (like Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest), website, and other cool marketing channels. You're granting us a non-exclusive, perpetual, and totally rockin' license to use your photos in these ways.
We're always on the lookout for amazing content, so our Tasman Saunas marketing team and authorized partners might pick your photos from third-party platforms (we call it "user-generated content") to promote our products. And guess what? You don't have to buy anything from us to contribute to our media and marketing greatness!
So, what are you agreeing to, you ask? Well, by giving us the green light, you acknowledge that your photos might appear in our advertising materials. You still own the rights to your photos, but you're giving us the go-ahead to use them on our website, in our ads, and other rad promotional stuff without paying you or bugging you for permission every time.

Please note, all competition winners must be Australian or New Zealand citizens, currently living in either country. In the event that you are the recipient of one of our prizes, we will make every effort to contact you to ensure you receive your prize in a timely manner.
From time to time we will giveaway vouchers giving dollar or percentage discounts to be redeemed at Tasman Saunas. Please note, these are not exchangeable for cash or other prizes and must be redeemed at Tasman saunas. Minimum purchase threshold of $5,000 applies.
With many of our competitions, winners will be chosen at random, using third party random generator tools. Note, Tasman Saunas reserves the right to pick winners at discretion on occasion to ensure fairness.
